Seok Kheng is back, stronger than before!

Yes, I am back, finally, but things definitely won't be the same anymore, for me, and for my family.

My beloved dad has passed away peacefully last Saturday morning, on the 20th of October, 2007. He took his last breath in Penang General Hospital after suffering from liver cancer for more than two years.

Hereby, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all my relatives and friends who have helped and supported us when we were in deep sorrow. I know it is not easy at all but I will still try my very best to stay tough. I have accepted the fact that he has gone for good and has left all burdens of life behind to a place where there is no more pain to endure. Although his body will no longer be with us, but deep inside my heart, I strongly believe that his spirit will always be here, continuously protecting and blessing us from time to time.

He was a great person, father and husband...

Rest in peace, papa, I love you and miss you forever.

Back in hometown!

Just a short update here. =)

So yepz. I'm currently back in Alor Star for my Hari Raya holiday. Eh, guess I should put it this way, it's actually a one week study break for us before the dreadful finals. Sigh.

Reached home yesterday very early in the morning. Thanks to that particular someone who stayed up whole night and waited for me to fetch me at the bus station.

Am not feeling well now. Damn. I should be studying. Signing off here to get a nice rest. More updates to be followed. Till then, Selamat Hari Raya!

Utada Hikaru's First Love, who hasn't heard of it? I like this song, very very much. It never fails to trap me down in an indescribable sentimental mood each time listening to it. The feeling is, hmm, sad, yet, with a complicated mixture of calmness and happiness in it.

I'm sharing this video here because I personally think that michaellwp really did a marvelous job in making a full track piano improvisation of this song. You ought to check it out to prove my statement correct. =)

Today's date? 6th of October, 2007. Sigh. What's happening? Nothing. But the exam season is here again! =(

Actual examination schedule is not out yet. But we were informed that our first subject will start on the 5th of November, and last subject will end on the 15th of November.

30 days left to conquer 4 subjects: HUBS1404: Intro to Biomedical Science 2, CHEM1020: Introductory Chemistry II, STAT1070: Statistics and PHYS1200: Physics, with various assignments and presentations coming in at the same time too.

I can do it! I must do it! Australia is waiting for me!

And in the end, Min Yuan the Snow Dragon, who finally realised his mistake done and regretted his speech spoken but it was already too late, had nothing to say but showed a universal sign to thank all members in "the M!NYU@N Club" who have joined and supported him throughout all this while.

Trust me or not is all up to you. I DID NOT clean my desktop before I capture this screen. I bet people who know me well definitely won't be surprised to see this. Hehe.

Hmm... I've forgotten where I got this electric guitar picture from, but I just love the black and white feel of it. I very seldom change my desktop background because it's not easy to find a picture I really like, and this picture has been loyally accompanying me since my dad bought me this laptop at the beginning of this year if I'm not mistaken.

Too bad the guitar is not my favourite guitar, and too bad the model is not me myself too. Sigh. I've tried doing a version of mine but as expected, my photography and photoshop skills failed me miserably. Hehe.
