Randomness: My New Boyfriend and Banana Cake
Weeeee... I'm back! =D
Things have been great for me so far since my second mid-semester exams ended last Monday. Well, I certainly hope I can relax and enjoy life like this longer but I know I have to constantly remind myself that finals will begin in just a month's time. Sigh.
Anywayz, let's get back to the happy stuffs. LOLz.
First and foremost, I finally couldn't stand the loneliness here anymore and got myself a new boyfriend! Will introduce him later at the end of this post, okie? =P
Secondly, I baked banana cake today! Haha. My first attempt at baking a cake (cheesecake and tiramisu not counted because those are non-baked) was indeed a huge success.
I was really anxious while waiting for the cake to be baked in the microwave oven. Will it successfully come out as a banana cake, or a banana stone? Will it end up in everyone's stomach, or the dustbin? Haha.

After cutting out a small slice (as you can see in this picture above) to try and to make sure that everything was alright, I couldn't hold my excitement anymore and decided to call my mum to tell her about it. Haha. Although she did not really say anything (as expected) and asked me did I gain weight instead, I could still feel that she was happy for me too. =P
So yepz. Thanks to all my friends who had faith in me and finished the cake in the blink of an eye. Whoopz. I hope you understand what is an exaggeration. LOLz.
And lastly, my new boyfriend.

Haha you've pulled a cheesy trick and me successfully :) I really did fell for the new boyfriend thing, I eagerly scrolled to the bottom of the post, effectively skipping everything until I realise it's a *spoiler!* guitar. Lol!
Anyway I'm a big fan of banana cakes too! But I hate it when some bakers fake banana cakes by adding a whole lot of sugar, a miserable amount of real bananas and a lot of artificial colouring! I've got it a few times and now I've chosen to buy banana cakes from more well-known bakeries.
