OooO!!! You're the cheesecake pro!!! I always preferred chilled cheesecake to baked cheesecake anyway, it's creamier (aka no flour!) and easier to make (no cooking involved!). Pity I can't make cheesecake here... No cream cheese... well got la... spreadable cream cheese... too soft, then need to use LOTS of gelatin to set properly, then it's all weird after that. *sigh* I have to go to Starsucks
